LapSafe® is excited to be exhibiting at Bett 2022.
This year will be the 21st time LapSafe® has been at the show. It should be its 22nd but, as we all know, Covid stopped play last year.
LapSafe® is well known within the education sector for its wide range of storage and charging solutions, as well as its self-service lockers. It’s the original innovator of the laptop storage and charging trolley, first launched over 20 years ago. Its flagship Mentor™ trolley is still being sold today.
Over 70% of UK universities have now installed Diplomat™ self-service lockers and over the last 18 months there has been a huge take-up within further education.
This year, LapSafe® will be showcasing its new self-service locker range, Sovran™ – its most powerful, sophisticated and innovative locker solution to date. The new locker range will offer a host of services and integrations when coupled with new ‘ONARKEN® software.
The locker range has a completely new look and feel and comes in four new locker sizes (small, medium, large and extra-large), allowing you to store, charge, return, drop off and collect items of various sizes.
The new powerful ONARKEN™ software is at the heart of the new Sovran™ locker range and combines all of LapSafe’s® software services in one centrally managed suite of applications. Intuitive and straightforward self-check application installed in a terminal allows quick and easy access to services users need, such as borrow, return, drop-off and collect.
ONARKEN® has been designed from the ground up, following years of user feedback, and is probably one of the most universal, powerful and innovative smart locker platforms to date.
Existing LapSafe® customers will be able to upgrade to the new ONARKEN® software if they would like the enhanced features and functionality. The new SOVRAN™ lockers will be available later this year.
To sit alongside the LapSafe® locker range or to work standalone, LapSafe® has also worked tirelessly during the pandemic to bring to the market its NEW Diplomat™UV-C Station which sanitises a laptop or similar device in just 15 seconds.
99% of bacteria and some viruses* are deactivated when exposed to high-intensity UV-C light. 18 Phillips UV-C bulbs ensure all areas of the device get sanitised, including the hard-to-reach places.
The Diplomat™ UV-C Station is simple and easy to use: place your hand in front of the sensor to activate and follow the straightforward instructions on the LCD screen. Place your device into the cleaning bay and leave the unit to do the rest.
Pop along to stand SB51 at The Bett Show, Excel London, 23rd-25th March 2022, with your laptop and try the Diplomat™UV-C Station for yourself.
As well as its new range of products, LapSafe® will also bring along its popular ClassBuddy™ range of storage and charging solutions, together with its flagship Mentor™ trolleys.
